Automated rolling solution for 5-10kg forged rings!

Our automated production line for ring rolling machines is mainly suitable for the processing needs of 5KG -10KG forged rings, with a designed maximum production capacity of 240 pieces/hour.
The automation system configuration covers the following aspects:
▶ The single axis robot, in conjunction with the slide mechanism, achieves automatic transfer of bar materials from the outlet of the heating furnace to the upsetting station of the press;
▶ The flat four axis robot is responsible for automatically transferring workpieces between the three workstations of the press;
▶ A single axis robot with a top out device and a transition platform, used to complete unloading and waiting operations at the press station;
▶ Dual robot mobile platform collaboratively completes the automatic loading and unloading process of the ring rolling machine;
▶ KUKA 210 robot performs tasks such as loading, unloading, and palletizing of ring components;
▶ Supporting automation auxiliary equipment, including waste conveying system;
▶ Mold cooling and cleaning device;
▶ Raw material cooling conveyor line;
▶ Auxiliary facilities such as palletizing pallets.
